I am one of the hardest people to please. Lombard Ford always to make it easy. When you walk the door you find a warm pleasant feel in the air. I would recommend this dealer for several reasons. First- the sales and finance representatives did not place any pressure on me to purchase a vehicle. This is something I appreciated because it made the process a whole lot less stressful. More importantly, they did not try to take advantage of me which is something other dealers attempted.

I was looking for a fairly specific model used car and found a few in the area on cars.com. Lombard Ford was my first and last stop, I bought the car they had advertised. There was zero pressure from Dave or Mea and they were extremely friendly. The dealership went out of their way to make sure the car was ready to pickup the very next day.

One of my friends told me that I should work for Lombard when I retire. I just might. I bought many times from Lombard Ford over the past 25 years. All my kids got their first cars from Rob at Lombard. Everyone there is great. Their prices are great and there service after the sale is the best. They make you feel like family.
